Refund policy

You can change your delivery address, or cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it. To make changes, open your confirmation email and click the link to your order confirmation page.

Alternatively, you can reach out to us through our Contact Form within 60 minutes of placing your order, and we’ll send you a link to update it.

Please note that after 60 minutes of placing your order,
we’re unable to cancel it or make any changes. Our fulfillment team starts processing orders right away to get them to you as quickly as possible, so please double-check your order details and shipping information!

Need to add something? Feel free to place a separate order, and we’ll get it shipped out ASAP.

We hope you love Tower 28 as much as we do! But if you don’t, that’s okay too. If you’re not completely satisfied with your items, we provide an exchange/refund for any product ordered from tower28beauty.com within 30 days of purchase. Please reach out to us via our contact form here to request a return or exchange. Don't forget to add your order number and the the products you'd like to exchange/return and we'll take it from there.

Once orders have been recieved, we have a 2-4 week processing time and then you will receive your refund. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days. And voila, it’s like it never happened.

*Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded. All gift cards, trial products, and marked items are final sale.

Gift Returns

If you would like to return products that you received as gifts, we require proof of purchase.
